15096 Creosote Rd Retail

  This project consisted of a complete renovation of an existing 10,400 SF retail center.  The scope of work included re-roofing, and removing and replacing the entire exterior facade, new exterior lights, sidewalks, and parking lot striping, all while the tenants remained open and operating.  The new, updated exterior replaced the original, dated facade, and breathed new life into the worn, 20+ year old building. The interior renovations included the build-out of approximately 8,000 SF of space for a STEM lab and meeting space.  The total duration for the project was approximately 120 days, and was completed in February of 2026.
