This design-build project revitalized a long unused parcel on Back Bay Blvd. in Biloxi, MS, and transformed it into a climate-control boat and RV storage facility. The scope of work included importing almost 30,000 cubic yards of dirt to raise the site as high up out of the flood zone as possible, while still keeping driveway slopes manageable for long wheelbase vehicles and trailers. The 27,000 SF project totaled 3 buildings, each with 9 - 1,000 SF units, and construction was complete in 12 months.
